Support for Microsoft Exchange 2010
Policy Patrol 7 now supports Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
Improved HTML Stationary Templates
Policy Patrol 7 includes new HTML Stationary Templates that allow you to format your email message just like a web page, using an HTML editor. Now it is easier than ever to add headers, footers and sidebars to your emails, making sure that every outgoing email is stamped with your corporate brand and fully utilizing your emails as email marketing tools.
Support for BitDefender Anti-Virus
Policy Patrol 7 supports BitDefender Anti-Virus as an add-on for scanning incoming and outgoing emails. BitDefender’s award-winning protection is available in conjunction with Kaspersky Anti-Virus, giving Policy Patrol support for multiple anti-virus engines and the best defense against the latest email-based threats.
Support for Manager Active Directory fields in the email signature and disclaimer
Version 7 now allows you to include the Active Directory fields of a sender’s manager in the email signature and email footer. This feature allows companies to enhance their customer service levels by including the manager’s contact details under each email, inviting customers to comment on the employee’s performance.
Simplified suppress/add email signature with code in subject
In version 7 we have simplified the use of a code in the subject to suppress or add a specific email signature or email disclaimer. Instead of having to create a separate rule to remove the code from the subject, you can now configure this straight from the 'Add disclaimer/signature' configuration dialog.
