You asked and we listened: Along with anti-spam and attachment checking improvements, Policy Patrol 6 can now show email disclaimers and signatures in Outlook Sent Items!
We are proud to say that Policy Patrol is the first server based email disclaimer product that shows the disclaimer and signature in Outlook Sent Items without requiring any client software or allowing users to edit or remove the disclaimer or signature before sending.
Advantages of showing email disclaimers and signatures in Sent Items:
- Obtain proof that your email disclaimer was added
- View the formatting of your signature and disclaimer
- Your email archive will contain the legally correct email message
- Any subject codes used to suppress a disclaimer will not appear in Sent Items
In addition to email disclaimers and signatures, Policy Patrol 6 can update Sent Items with other email modifications such as subject tags and adding/removing attachments.

Valid maintenance holders of Policy Patrol Zip 5 users and Policy Patrol Archiver 5 users will be upgraded to the Mail Server Tools 6 edition. Policy Patrol Enterprise has been renamed Policy Patrol Mail Security Bundle to better reflect the functionality offered.
