Bug fixes:
- Rule schedule "Date not between" condition fixed
- Rtf disclaimer fix for some Turkish installations
- Merge field might not be correctly applied when sending on behalf.
- SPF result was not correctly added to the message report.
- Email might not be updated in Sent Items if the subject was modified by rules (Outlook Offline mode).
- An exception could occur when checking DMZ IP list.
- Exception could occur when checking condition ‘Message matches SQL database query’
- vCard characters could corrupt in French language
- Rule member resolving for email enabled groups could fail when the group itself was sending/receiving emails.
Notes:
We recommend that all users upgrade to this latest version. To find out which version you have installed, in the Policy Patrol Administration console, select Help > About from the menu.
How to apply upgrade:
To upgrade from a previous Policy Patrol 7 version follow the next steps:
- Download the Policy Patrol installation from http://www.policypatrol.com/files/policypatrol64.exe.
- Double-click on policypatrol64.exe.
- The installation will detect that a previous version already exists and will ask
whether you wish to perform the upgrade. Select Yes.
- A dialog will pop up asking you to click Next to complete the installation. The installation will need to restart Internet Information Services. Click Next to continue.
- When the installation complete dialog
pops up, click Finish.
There is no need to reboot your machine and your existing
configuration will remain intact. The upgrade does require a restart of Internet Information Services which is done automatically after clicking ‘Next’ in the Welcome screen (see point 4 above).
