Radisson Hotels Deliver a Taste of Luxury With Their Emails
Campbell, CA – August 27, 2010 – Red Earth Software, developer of email signature software for Exchange Server, today announced that Radisson Edwardian Hotels selected Policy Patrol Disclaimers to add email signatures and disclaimers on their Exchange 2003 Server. Policy Patrol helps Radisson comply with legal requirements and add consistent email branding to their corporate emails.
Radisson Hotels use Policy Patrol to centrally add an email disclaimer and company footer with the company's registration details, as required by the UK companies act. In addition, Radisson use Policy Patrol to add the company logo and banner, branding their outgoing emails with the Radisson corporate image: luxury without pretension.
Bobby Abraham, IT Group Manager of Radisson Edwardian Group, says:“Previously we were relying on users to add email disclaimers and the Radisson logo to their Outlook signature. With Policy Patrol however, we can centrally configure an email disclaimer and company footer on our Exchange 2003 Server that gets added to every email.”
Abraham says: “We wanted a solution that would add a standard company email footer, yet still allow us to add a slightly different email signature for each hotel, focusing on each hotel's unique brand. Since Policy Patrol allowed us to configure a different email signature per Active Directory group, configuring the different signatures per hotel was easy since our hotels were already organized in different Active Directory groups.”
