The Museum of London Group deploys Policy Patrol across three sites

Policy Patrol first Exchange add-on to support SURBL Lists
August 18, 2004 - Red Earth Software today announced that Policy Patrol is the first commercial Exchange anti-spam add-on to provide support for the new and highly effective Spam URL Realtime Block Lists (SURBL). As opposed to RBL lists that include sender IP addresses and domains, SURBL lists are used to check URLs contained in the body of email messages. With the declining effectiveness of other spam blocking techniques, SURBL lists are a refreshing and promising new approach in combating spam and phishing.
Red Earth Software releases Policy Patrol Zip
June 3, 2004 - Red Earth Software, developer of email content security software, today announced the release of Policy Patrol Zip, email management software for Exchange Server and Lotus Domino that provides automatic compression of attachments at the server level. Policy Patrol Zip can compress and decompress attachments for outgoing and incoming email, and uniquely offers the ability to compress internally sent attachments as well as external attachments (if installed on Exchange 2000 or Exchange 2003).
New version stops more SPAM and offloads monitoring burden
March 15, 2004 - Red Earth Software, developer of email content security software, today announced the release of Policy Patrol version 3.0, a suite of email filtering products designed to ensure optimum usage and management of a company's email system. New features in Policy Patrol 3 include improved spam protection through the use of Bayesian filtering, remote image detection and word pattern matching. Furthermore, Policy Patrol's user-based permissions and automatic folder tasks now allow administrators to offload tasks such as monitoring quarantined messages and updating white lists and black lists.
