Red Earth Software releases Policy Patrol for Exchange

November 12, 2001 - Red Earth Software, developer of email management solutions, today announced the release of Policy Patrol, an add-on for Exchange that allows companies to add disclaimers to their emails. Unlike existing products, Policy Patrol offers advanced disclaimer functionality such as user based disclaimers, headers and footers, internal disclaimers, support for formatting and merge fields. These features allow companies to increase the relevancy of disclaimers and thus improve their efficacy. Policy Patrol is one of the first products to offer the disclaimer functionality separately, without forcing customers to purchase other security features.
