Policy Patrol Enterprise ships with a default configuration that will start blocking spam within seconds after installation and empowers users to manage their own spam. With the daily quarantine report, users will never miss a legitimate email again. Users can quickly skim through the list of newly quarantined messages from within Outlook and deliver emails or white list addresses. Only available in the Enterprise edition - By making use of rules, you can configure different spam management options according to the technical proficiency of the user.

Disclaimers, signatures & branding

Add the right language to the right emails-automatically. Policy Patrol Enterprise includes advanced options that allow you to add the disclaimer or signature just right for your organization. Disclaimers & signatures can be user-based and can include logos and user merge fields. In addition, you can add custom branding to your emails conveying a professional image.

Compression at server level

The culprit for many network slowdowns is large files sent to and from the network as attachments. Policy Patrol Enterprise allows you to compress and decompress your users' email attachments at the server level-without any user intervention. This provides the advantages of compression without user hassles and the lost productivity zipping and unzipping files.

Email backup

Need a backup of your emails? Want to recover a deleted email? Policy Patrol Enterprise offers email backup to a Microsoft SQL Server database and allows you to retrieve and restore messages to your mailbox. Note that Policy Patrol Enterprise can only backup emails that are sent and received after the product is installed. If you require archiving of emails from the information store, you require Policy Patrol Archiver.

Let Policy Patrol protect your employees by screening emails for inappropriate or discriminatory content. Although most email filters only check external mails, Policy Patrol can also content check internally sent emails (when installed on Exchange Server 2007/2003/2000). Inappropriate emails sent between co-workers on the internal network can be a direct cause for employees feeling unsafe or harassed in the work place.

Use the Kaspersky Anti-virus add-on (optional) to prevent viruses from reaching your mailbox. Even if you already have a file scanner or email anti-virus solution, it is still a good idea to add another protection layer at the SMTP level to stop any viruses before they reach your mail server.
