Which Email Signature / Disclaimer Solution do I need?

Read the comparison list to help you decide which product best fits your needs:

If you have Exchange Server and you do not want to install any software on the clients.
If you have an SMTP Mail server, such as Lotus Domino, and you want to add disclaimers and signatures at server level.
If you want to avoid the possibility of employees changing their signature blocks or disclaimer before sending the email (particularly important for legal disclaimers).
If your users send emails from mobile devices such as Blackberry, iPhone or non-Outlook clients.
If you wish to add different disclaimers or signatures depending on email content, headers, recipients, or wish to differentiate between internal and external messages.
If you wish to format the entire email message with HTML stationary.
If you do not wish to store your email signatures in Sent Items to avoid bloating the Exchange Information Store, you can disable this option in Policy Patrol Disclaimers.

If you do not have Exchange Server or you are using a hosted Exchange Server or other mail server.
If you want users to see their signature before they send their message.
If you do not want to install any software on Exchange Server (Note that if you are using Outlook Web Access, the Exchange Server Client must be installed on the Exchange Server - If you are using Outlook signatures only, no software installation is required on the Exchange Server).
If you want to ensure that users do not configure their own Outlook signatures.
If you wish to control the default fonts used by your employees.
If you regularly send out encrypted and digitally signed messages and you do not want the encrypted/signed message to be added as an attachment.
