Sunbelt Software signs distribution agreement with Red Earth Software

Carson City, NV - February 25, 2002 - Red Earth Software, developer of email policy enforcement solutions, today announced a world wide distribution agreement with Sunbelt Software Distribution, Inc. Sunbelt Software will market and sell Policy Patrol, an Exchange server add-on that adds disclaimers and signatures to outgoing email. The product will be made available through Sunbelt's extensive reseller network, as well as at their online shop.

Policy Patrol adds user-based disclaimers and signatures to internal and external emails. The program includes advanced features such as merge fields and support for formatted disclaimers. These features make the disclaimer notices more specific and distinguishable, thus improving their effectiveness. Policy Patrol works with Exchange Server 2000/5.5, Lotus Notes/Domino and any other SMTP mail server. Since Policy Patrol integrates closely with Windows 2000, the configuration of the product is straightforward and saves you redefining users by picking up this information from the Active Directory. Policy Patrol also includes support for installations without Active Directory. Pricing of the product starts at $99 for a Small Business version.
