Policy Patrol Email 6 Migration request

Note that if you are upgrading from version 4 or 5, you will be able to keep your existing configuration. Please read the upgrade guide for further instructions on how to complete the upgrade from version 4 or 5.

If you are upgrading from version 3 or earlier it is not possible to use your existing configuration files in version 6. To migrate your configuration to version 6, please follow the instructions in the migration guide. If required, you can request Red Earth Software to migrate your existing configuration. The charge for this service is $150.00 USD. Please follow the next steps to request a migration:

Step 1: Run the Support Wizard

Open up the Policy Patrol Administration console and click on Help in the menu. Select Support Wizard. Follow the instructions in the screens. In the problem description, enter “Please migrate to version 5”. When you click Finish, your configuration files will be sent to Red Earth Software.

Step 2: Fill out the form below to request your migration.

When we receive your form we will contact you for credit card details. Once payment is processed you will receive your new configuration within 2-3 business days.
