Email signature fields

Policy Patrol Disclaimers for Exchange and Lotus Domino allows you to configure fields in your email signature that are auto-filled with the correct information. This means that you can create one global signature that is automatically customized per user. Policy Patrol includes user fields (taken from the user's Active Directory information), message fields (taken from the message), date fields, and counter fields (tracking numbers).
